View the Account Dashboard and Trends Over Time
Reporting is scoped to a single Broadcast at a time. There is no built-in account-level dashboard and no cross-Broadcast trend or comparison view. If you need to track performance over time, you build it yourself by reading each Broadcast's report and combining the numbers in your own spreadsheet or BI tool.
Before you begin
- A set of Broadcasts that have already been sent and have reporting available.
- Somewhere to collect the numbers over time (a spreadsheet or a BI/dashboard tool).
- Decide which metrics matter to you (for example opens, clicks, unsubscribes) so you capture the same ones for every Broadcast.
Steps
- Open a sent Broadcast and view its report to see per-Broadcast metrics (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Record the metrics you care about, along with the send date and audience size, into your spreadsheet — one row per Broadcast.
- If an export option is available for the report, export it rather than copying by hand, so the values stay accurate (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Repeat for each Broadcast you want to include in the trend.
- In your spreadsheet or BI tool, chart the collected rows over time to see trends and to compare Broadcasts against each other.
Result
You have a running, date-ordered view of key metrics across multiple Broadcasts — the trend and comparison view the platform does not provide natively — maintained in a tool you control.
