Open a Broadcast's report
Every Broadcast you send generates its own performance report, showing how subscribers received and engaged with that Edition. This page shows you how to find and open that report.
Before you begin
- You need a Broadcast that has already been sent. Reports populate only after sending begins, and some metrics (such as opens and clicks) continue to update for a period afterward.
- You need permission to view reports for the Folder (Project Folder) the Edition lives in. If you don't see a Broadcast you expect, check that you're looking in the right Folder or ask your account admin about access.
- Have the Edition name, send date, or audience handy so you can identify the right Broadcast quickly.
Steps
- Open the reporting or analytics area of your account (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Locate the Broadcast you want. You can usually browse by Folder or search by the Edition name or send date.
- Select the Broadcast to open its report. If an Edition was sent more than once, make sure you pick the specific send you want to review — each send is reported separately.
- Review the summary metrics (such as delivered, opens, and clicks), then drill into detailed or per-link views for more depth.
Result
The Broadcast's report opens, showing delivery and engagement metrics for that send. From here you can filter, compare against other Broadcasts, or export the data for further analysis.
