View Link Performance

See which links were clicked and by whom, and jump to the full click reports.

Once a Broadcast has gone out, link performance tells you which URLs subscribers acted on, how many clicks each one earned, and which subscribers clicked. Use it to compare calls to action, spot dead or under-performing links, and follow up with engaged subscribers.

Before you begin

  • The Edition must have been sent as a Broadcast — link data only appears after delivery starts.
  • Link tracking must have been enabled for the Broadcast so clicks are recorded (confirm the exact setting in your account).
  • You need permission to view reports for the Folder that holds the Edition.
  • Allow a little time after send for early clicks to accumulate before drawing conclusions.

Steps

  1. Open the Folder containing the sent Edition and select the Broadcast you want to review.
  2. Open its reports and go to the link or click report (confirm the exact label in your account).
  3. Review the list of tracked links with their click counts and unique-clicker counts. Sort by clicks to see the strongest links first.
  4. Select a specific link to see the subscribers who clicked it, along with click timestamps where available.
  5. Export the list or save a segment of clickers if you want to follow up or re-target them.

Result

You can see which links were clicked, how often, and by which subscribers, and you can jump from the summary into the full click report for deeper analysis.
