Preview and publish a site

Before a site is visible to subscribers, preview it to check how each page looks and behaves, then publish to make it live at its public address. Publishing is a deliberate step, so you can keep editing safely until you are ready.

Before you begin​

  • Editing rights on the site you want to publish.
  • Every page you intend to include is finished — content, links, images, and any forms or interactive blocks.
  • The public address (domain or path) for the site is set up. If you use a custom domain, confirm it is configured and pointing correctly (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  • If the site collects data (for example a signup form), confirm where responses go before you go live.

Steps​

  1. Open the site and choose the preview option. Most sites offer a preview that mirrors the live experience (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  2. Check each page at desktop and mobile widths. Verify text, images, navigation links, and any personalization render as expected.
  3. Test every interactive element — buttons, forms, and links — to confirm they submit or navigate correctly.
  4. Fix anything that looks wrong, then preview again until the site is correct.
  5. When you are satisfied, choose Publish to make the site live at its public address.
  6. Open the live public URL in a fresh browser session to confirm what subscribers will actually see.

Result​

The site is live at its public address and any linked buttons or shared URLs now resolve to it. Further edits stay in your working version until you publish again, so you can update the live site in controlled steps.
