Add a survey to a site

Embed a survey on one of your microsite pages so visitors can answer questions and give feedback without leaving the page. Once added, responses collect against the same survey you use elsewhere, so results stay in one place.

Before you begin​

  • A published or draft site (microsite) page where the survey should appear.
  • A survey that is already built and ready to collect responses. If you haven't built one yet, create it first — see Surveys.
  • Author access to edit the site page. (Confirm the exact permissions in your account.)

Steps​

  1. Open the site page you want to edit in the site builder.
  2. Add a survey block (or content element) to the spot on the page where the survey should appear. (Confirm the exact element name in your account.)
  3. Choose the survey you want to embed from your existing surveys. Selecting an existing survey keeps all responses tied to that one survey.
  4. Set how the survey behaves after a visitor submits — for example, show a thank-you message or hide the form. (Confirm the exact options in your account.)
  5. Preview the page to check the survey renders and questions display correctly.
  6. Save and publish the page.

Result​

Visitors to your site page see the embedded survey and can submit answers directly. Responses flow into the survey's results, where you can review them alongside any responses gathered elsewhere.
