Connect a store

Link an online store so you can showcase products on your microsite. Once connected, your store's product catalog becomes available inside the site editor, so you can drop in products, images, and prices without copying details by hand — and keep them in sync as your catalog changes.

Before you begin

  • Confirm you have permission to manage integrations for your account. If you don't see the store or commerce settings, ask an admin to grant access.
  • Have your store platform's connection details ready — typically a store URL and an API key or access token generated from your store's admin area (confirm the exact credentials your platform requires).
  • Know which catalog or product feed you want to surface, especially if your store has multiple storefronts or currencies.

Steps

  1. Open the microsite or experience you want to add products to, then go to the commerce or integrations settings (confirm the exact menu path in your account).
  2. Choose Connect a store and select your store platform from the list of supported providers.
  3. Enter the connection details you gathered (store URL, API key or token). Some platforms instead redirect you to sign in and authorize access — approve the connection when prompted.
  4. Select the catalog, storefront, or currency to pull products from, if you're asked to choose.
  5. Save the connection. The platform will validate the credentials and run an initial catalog sync.

Result

You'll see a confirmation that the store is connected, and your products become available in the site editor's product picker. Add a product block or gallery to a page and confirm the correct name, image, and price appear. Catalog updates from your store flow through on the connection's sync schedule; you can usually trigger a manual refresh from the same settings screen if you need changes to appear immediately.
