Limits and Availability

This page summarizes the sending, size, and rate limits that apply when Authors build and send Editions, plus the features that are gated by plan or entitlement. Exact values depend on your contract and configuration, so treat the numbers below as representative placeholders — (confirm the exact limits for your account).

Notes

  • Values in the table are placeholders for illustration. Your account's real limits appear in your plan or account settings — (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  • Rate limits protect deliverability. If you hit a limit, sends are queued or throttled rather than dropped; API calls may receive a rate-limit response and should be retried with backoff.
  • Feature availability is controlled by entitlement. If a feature is hidden or disabled, it is likely not included in your plan — contact your account admin or support to enable it.
  • Size limits differ by channel (email vs. SMS) and by asset type. When in doubt, keep Editions lean to improve rendering and deliverability.
