Collect RSVPs and registrations
Publish an event microsite where subscribers can RSVP or register, then capture their responses back to your audience data. Use this when you want a hosted page — linked from a Broadcast or shared directly — that collects attendance details and confirms them automatically.
Before you begin
- An event microsite (experience) to add the form to, or plan to create one.
- The fields you want to collect, such as name, email, guest count, and any session or meal choices.
- A destination for responses — the audience list, segment, or custom fields where submissions should be stored.
- Optional: a confirmation message or follow-up Edition to send after someone registers.
(Confirm the exact steps in your account, as available fields and layouts vary by template.)
Steps
- Open your microsites/experiences area and create or edit the event page.
- Add a form or RSVP block to the page.
- Add the fields you need. Mark required fields (typically name and email) and add choice fields for options like "Attending / Not attending" or session selection.
- Map each field to the audience field it should populate so responses are saved with the subscriber's record.
- Set what happens after submit — show a thank-you message, redirect to a page, and/or trigger a confirmation Edition.
- Preview and submit a test response to check the fields, mapping, and confirmation.
- Publish the page, then link to it from your Broadcast, navigation, or a shared URL.
Result
Visitors can submit an RSVP or registration, and their responses are written to your audience data. You can view and export submissions, and use the collected fields for personalization and follow-up sends.
