Embed a subscribe form on your site

Add a hosted signup form to your own website so visitors can opt in and become subscribers in your account. The platform hosts the form and captures submissions, so you only paste a small snippet into your page — no form processing or storage on your side.

Before you begin

  • Access to build or manage a signup form in your account (an Author or admin role).
  • The audience or list you want new subscribers added to.
  • The ability to edit the HTML of the target page on your website (or a tag manager).
  • Any fields you want to collect beyond email (name, region, preferences) decided in advance.

Steps

  1. Create the signup form in your account and choose the audience it feeds. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
  2. Add and label the fields you want, and mark which are required. Keep required fields minimal to improve conversion.
  3. Configure the confirmation behavior — a thank-you message or redirect to a URL on your site — and, where offered, enable double opt-in so subscribers confirm by email.
  4. Generate the embed code for the form. This is typically an inline snippet or an <iframe> you copy from the form's publish or share area.
  5. Paste the snippet into your web page where the form should appear, then save and publish the page.
  6. Submit a test entry from the live page and confirm the new subscriber lands in the chosen audience.

Result

The form renders on your site, and each valid submission is recorded as a subscriber in the selected audience — ready for automation, personalization, and Broadcasts.
